  • A human being can like without water for a maximum of only 3 to 5 days.


  • About 60% of a newborn's weight is the water.
  • Average adult male contains about  55%-60% water by weight and female  50%-55% body weight.

  • All the organs of the human body the organs depend on water.
  • There fore , water is an essential fact or for the surivival of life on earth.
  • Also , water is very important for maintaining the body temperature required by a human being .
  • Water is the body's main carrier.
  • Water is important not only for transporting nutrients to the body but also for eliminating toxins that are harmful to body.
  • Water is also the main constituent of blood .
  • There fore , the network is very helpful in essential nutrients throughout the body, oxygen delivery as well as body function.
